As a Web Technology Architect, you will lead the development of a high-performing, mobile-first, SEO-optimized website.
Responsibilities:
- Web Architecture: Design a fast, modular framework for the website, optimized for Core Web Vitals and A/B testing.
- Search Engine Marketing: Build responsive SEM landing pages supporting campaigns on Google and Bing.
- CMS & Publishing Strategy: Evaluate and implement an effective CMS solution.
- Data & Analytics: Integrate CDP, analytics, SEO, and heat mapping tools.
- Development Processes: Establish efficient build and deployment processes.
- API Frameworks: Develop APIs and widgets for B2B partnerships.
- Cloud Optimization: Collaborate on Azure hosting for scalability and resilience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, UX, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Talent Development: Enhance team skills to support a high-performance website.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in the Senior Care industry.
- 10-15 years in tech architecture, with 5+ years in mobile-first web design.
- Full-stack skills (Node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, React).
- 4-5 years in Tech SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization.
- Experience in CDP, analytics tools, A/B testing, and marketing integrations.
Preferred:
- Entrepreneurial mindset, UX/design experience, and CRM knowledge
